Safe Food 4 U is a food safety training company based out of Austin TX. It was established in 2004 by
Susan Speyer,RS, a former restaurant inspector and Food Manager Instructor for the City of Austin, TX for over 20
years.   Safe Food 4 U has taught Food Safety to thousands of food workers.  All of Safe Food 4 U's programs are
licensed by the Texas Dept. of State Health Services and are accepted as satisfying the training requirements of all
Texas Health Departments.
