- Public class $130 per person and includes the National ServSafe Food Manager Training and ServSafe Exam. Payment is usually made day in the class but can be made in advance by calling 512-478-0884 Ext 2. Cash or check preferred. Credit cards accepted.
Government issued ID is required Classroom bring pen and paper, your reading glasses. The room is very cold so bring a jacket. Food and Drink are NOT provided but available for purchase or you may bring your own.
- Complete Course and Exam covers everything that might be on the exam, + basic food safety, Texas Rules, HACCP, and microbiology of food. 45 minute lunch break given.
- Refresher/Review Course and Exam is for people who have taken Food Managers course before. It covers everything that might be on the exam at a quick pace and may not cover the food rules or principles as thoroughly as the Complete Course. 45 minute lunch break given.
Food Manager Class Schedule
Austin Classes are taught in English. but the exam is bilingual. Classes are at Westgate Lanes Bowling Alley. 2701 W. William Cannon, Austin TX 78745. (Enter the building and take a right. Classroom is down a hall by the restrooms).
- All Training starts at 8:00am.
- Complete Course and Exam ends by 4:30pm.
- Refresher Course and Exam ends by 2:30pm
