- Public class $125 per person and includes the National ServSafe Food Manager Training and ServSafe Exam. Payment is usually made day in the class but can be made in advance by calling 512-478-0884 Ext 2. Cash or check preferred. Credit cards accepted.
Government issued ID is required Classroom bring pen and paper and your reading glasses. The room is very cold so bring a jacket.
- Complete Courses and Exam covers everything that might be on the exam, + basic food safety, Texas Rules, HACCP, and microbiology of food. 45 minute lunch break. Exam is given at the end of the day.
